Front staff is very kind and sweet.i will definitely go back again next day off . King bed was absolutely comfortable and bathroom was very clean,the microwave and refrigerator was a beautiful touch .

The room was great, for my first time getting a room, clean everything was where I wanted it. They only take card payments no cash which was fine. If I knew staying in a motel was going to be this easy I would have done it sooner. There is a doorstopper on the floor not bolted to the ground , the shower curtain isn't long enough.

Check in was great. Had to wait until 2pm to avoid early check in fees ($45). The woman that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. Not self serve, but nice. Everything was great, room was big, bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was large enough and granite countertops and shower was nice. The shower, the cold was hot and the hot was cold. Everything was great, right up until we left. The lady at the desk was not very nice at checkout. No eye contact, no "did you enjoy your stay", no customer service to speak of. When I asked her for a receipt, she said that they didn't give them because we went through a third party. I thought that was weird because they are the ones that charged my card. 🤷‍♀️ Also, when making your reservations, read the fine print, because we were not aware of the $75 incidentals fees. You get it back if you didn't wreck the room or use room service, but we were unaware of this fee when we made our reservations. All in all, five stars. We will probably go back again.

Right off the freeway, very convenient. I engaged with multiple staff/employees and all were sweet and pleasant. Very happy with my room. Clean and fresh feeling linens and towels. The facility has a great ambiance. Breakfast was continental style but had waffles available to toast if you wanted something hearty. They had good creamer for coffee lovers. Took videos of room and breakfast for a quick preview. If I needed to come back out this way, I would return! Easy to check in and out.

My experience is great, we stay only one night. The friendly staff, the breakfast is according to the price. They have opportunity areas to improve off course! Thank you so much.

Excellent experience, I stayed for two nights and would definitely book again. Only bad thing was it smelled of cigarettes. Rooms were clean and cozy. All interactions with staff were wonderful. Manager went above and beyond when my son accidently locked us out of our bathroom. Breakfast options were :bagels, cupcakes, orange, apple, yogurt, cereal, waffles, coffee, orange juice and apple juice. (they do put them in a paperbag for you.) Parking is secure and free. Price was great compared to other hotels nearby and breakfast was accurate for the price too.

I had a great experience. It Is a very nice hotel, AND i would return. The only thing I did not like Is the way the breakfast Is handed out in a paper bag. I understand they only want for people to have one Serving, AND they áre saving themselves from extra clean-up or other types of extra work, but I would prefer a decent breakfast experience, instead of the system they have now...i mean, if i had to pay a Little More, it would help, indeed. Now, The lady packing the bag even looks miserable AND looks as if she wishes she would be doing something else, I'm sure if the setting would be different, AND the person has another type of task, then the experience would be much better on both ends.
